Teslimat ve İade

Siparişiniz bizim için sadece bir paket değil; sizin için seçilmiş özel bir parça. Bu nedenle tüm ürünleriniz ödeme onayından sonra 1–3 iş günü içerisinde özenle hazırlanır ve kargoya teslim edilir. Bulunduğunuz şehre göre teslimat süresi ortalama 1–4 iş günüdür.

Yoğun dönemlerde ve kampanya zamanlarında kargo sürelerinde küçük gecikmeler yaşanabilir; böyle durumlarda anlayışınızı rica ederiz. 

Siparişinizi teslim aldıktan sonra 14 gün içerisinde, iade veya değişim talebinde bulunabilirsiniz. Bizimle e-posta ya da WhatsApp üzerinden iletişime geçmeniz yeterlidir.

Talep oluşturulduktan sonra ürünün 14 gün içinde tarafımıza gönderilmesi gerekmektedir.

Ürünlerin kullanılmamış, zarar görmemiş olması ve orijinal kutusu ile gönderilmesi gerekir.

Hijyen sebebiyle küpe ürünlerinde ve kişiye özel hazırlanan tasarımlarda iade kabul edilememektedir.

İade gönderim kargo ücreti alıcıya aittir.

Ürün bize ulaştıktan sonra gerekli kontroller yapılır. İade koşullarına uygun bulunan ürünlerin ücret iadesi, ürünün tarafımıza ulaşmasını takip eden en geç 14 gün içinde ödeme yaptığınız yöntem üzerinden gerçekleştirilir.

Your order is not just a package to us; it is a carefully chosen piece meant for you.For this reason, all orders are prepared with care and shipped within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.Depending on your city, delivery usually takes approximately 1–4 business days.

During busy periods and promotional campaigns, slight delays may occur. In such cases, we kindly ask for your understanding.

You may request a return or exchange within 14 days of receiving your order.Simply contact us via e-mail or WhatsApp to start the process.

After the request is created, the product must be shipped back to us within 14 days.

Items must be unused, undamaged, and returned in their original packaging.

For hygiene reasons, earrings and personalized/custom-made pieces are not eligible for return.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Once the product reaches us, it will be inspected. If the return conditions are met, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within a maximum of 14 days after the product has been received by us.
